Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 4 March 2025

1. Shipping Destinations

Shipping costs are calculated and charged separately after payment for the product has been taken.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you with a shipping quote based on your location and the size of your order.

Your order will not be shipped until the shipping cost has been paid in full.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Spain: Flat-rate shipping or free local pickup (see Section 5).
  • EU: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
  • International: Shipping costs vary by destination; customs duties and taxes may apply (see Section 7).

Express shipping is available upon request. Contact us for pricing.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Spain: 3-7 business days
    • EU: 5-10 business days
    • International: 10-21 business days (depending on customs clearance)
      Custom or handmade orders may require additional processing time. We will provide estimated delivery dates upon purchase.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as Correos España, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

5. Local Pickup (Marbella Only)

Customers near Marbella can choose free local pickup from our studio.

Pickup Location: Urb. La Alcazaba s/n, C.N. 340 Km, 175, 29660 Marbella
Appointment Required: Please contact us to schedule a pickup time.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  1. Courier service disruptions
  2. Customs processing (for international orders)
  3. Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  4. Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and taxes imposed by your country. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tip: Contact your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an order.

8. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related Issues Only)

We do not accept returns for custom or made-to-order items. However, if you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us at welcome@studio2artdesign.com within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  1. Email us with your order number and photos of the item.
  2. We will review your case and provide return instructions if applicable.
  3. If approved, return shipping costs will be covered by Studio 2 Art & Design for eligible cases.
